Curious about what it’s like to rent at 2M Apartments? Here are some of our frequently asked questions. 

  • Cats allowed with initial $150 non-refundable pet fee and $150 refundable deposit. There is a $25/month rent per cat; maximum two cats per apartment. Cats must be neutered or spayed. No dogs allowed.

  • Yes, surface parking is included and detached garage parking is available for rent.

  • Yes, on-site laundry facilities are available to residents.

  • Residents pay their own gas, electric, trash, and water/sewer.
